CANADA LMIA OWNER OPERATOR

Program Introduction

Canada Owner Operator LMIA is a work permit for foreign businessmen who wish to either establish or purchase a business in Canada. After being reviewed and evaluated by the Employment and Social Development Canada, foreign businessmen are allowed to operate companies in Canada with work permit, accumulate relevant work permit in Canada, and then apply for immigration.

This program is designed to create jobs and transfer skills to Canada, and to contribute to Canada's economic grow

Requirements

No personal net worth requirement
Recommended minimum investment of $100,000 (to start a business), $300,000 (to acquire a business depending on market conditions)
At least 3 years of management experience of operator or executive in the last 10 years
CLB 7 or above (IELTS score of 6 or higher in all listening,speaking, reading and writing)
College degree or higher
Requirements for starting a business: Qualified by the Canadian Government, and the business must be no loss
